Overview
Montana Massone is a PORAC Legal Defense Fund (LDF) panel attorney and California Correctional Supervisors’ Organization (CCSO) panel attorney.
Biography
Montana represents both sworn and non-sworn police and correctional employees, as well as firefighters. Montana is part of the on-call Critical Incident Response Team that responds to major uses of force, officer-involved shootings, and in-custody deaths 24/7. Montana has been involved in fire and police defense work since 2019.
Montana often works with our negotiations team on general counsel matters, including grievances and client development and training.
Montana has a B.A. degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in Political Science and Gender Studies.
Montana was born and raised in Temecula, California. Montana loves animals and grew up raising pigs, horses, rabbits, and birds for 4H. Although Montana is a Southern California native, she attended law school in Sacramento and spent a semester living in Brussels, Belgium.
